| As I know my company would not do IQ test directly. Because all candidates are at least college graduate, doing IQ test is meaningless. However, we do test their problem solving ability on written test as well as during interview. A problematic situation would be described in a written test and ask candidate to give 3 proposals (plan A, B, C) to solve or control the problem within a 30 minutes test time. This test identify experienced versus un-experienced candidates rather effectively. |
